Pfingsten. Gestalt therapy and music Gestalt therapy are proven and effective methods. <\/p>\n<p>My particular focus is on psychological counseling for individuals in periods of transition. After completing their studies, students are leaving their parental home increasingly later for financial reasons. This delays their development toward responsible independence.  <\/p>\n<p>I aim to serve as a companion and guide throughout this process. During times of transition\u2014including before or after exams or concerts\u2014Gestalt therapy can be highly beneficial. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-4422\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-4422\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Gestalt Therapy<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-4422\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4422\"><p>Now, a few words regarding the therapeutic method of Gestalt therapy.<\/p>\n<p>This humanistic approach is considered in the USA to be one of the methods with the highest level of effectiveness (1.12 \u2013 1.42 Brownell 2014), depending on the type of disorder. <\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, even the physicians among us (of which I am not one) are unfortunately not permitted to bill insurance for these services. I have completed 4.5 years of training and am thus well-prepared to facilitate even complex processes. However, I am neither a physician nor a psychologist.  <\/p>\n<p>The following restrictions apply: I am prohibited from providing prescriptions or recommendations for any type of medication. If you believe you are suffering from an acute psychological disorder, please consult a psychiatrist first. Music serves two primary functions here. Receptive music therapy establishes direct contact with your physical self.
